Every agent sees their own clients and their own money. Nothing else.
Estate CRM gives each agent a private sign-in to their contracts, commissions and recoverables, with CRM tools to follow renewals and leads. Tenant and landlord private data never leaves your office.
- Private agent sign-in
- Own clients only
- Commissions and recoverables
- Renewals, leads and notes
Contracts ending soon
What agents see, and what they never will
The portal is built around one rule: an agent reads only their own clients and their own commission. Everything else is not hidden on the screen, it is never sent.
Agents see
- Contract reference, building and unit
- Contract start, end and status
- Days to expiry and renewal due
- Their own commission: agreed, paid, balance
- Their own counts and totals
Agents never see
- Tenant phone, email, ID, nationality or address
- Tenant documents and uploads
- Landlord name, contact, bank or statements
- Other agents, sub-agents or office commission
- Ledger, payments, reports and backups
Five screens, each with only what the agent needs
Every screen shows a fixed list of fields. Nothing outside that list is sent to the agent.
- 1DashboardActive clients, commission agreed, paid and balance, contracts ending in 30 and 60 days, and counts for this month and year.
- 2My clientsThe agent's own contracts, with status colours matching the rest of the system.
- 3Client pageThe same safe fields for one contract, plus that contract's commission lines.
- 4My commissionsAgreed, paid and balance per contract, totals by month, and counts of contracts brought, renewals and pending commissions.
- 5My recoverablesWhat is still owed to the agent, so nothing is chased from memory.
A pipeline the agent works every day
Prospects move from first enquiry to signed contract on one board. Contracts nearing their end sit on a second board, so a renewal is never a surprise.
More than a client list
Six tools help agents act early, keep their own records and stay in step with the office.
Agents are outside the company, so the portal is strict
Connected to your accounts and alerts
An agent's commission balance is checked against your books, so the figure on their screen and the figure in accounts agree. Expiry alerts and monthly statements use the same mail service as the rest of Estate Ease PRO.
See EstateEaseProQuestions agencies ask
Can an agent see tenant or landlord details?
No. Tenant contact, ID and documents, and everything about the landlord, are never sent to the agent portal.
Can one agent see another agent's clients?
No. Every query is filtered by the signed-in agent, and a contract moved to another agent disappears from the first one at once.
Can agents change contracts or commissions?
No. The portal is read-only on your live records. Agents can only add their own notes, leads and requests to the office.
Does it work with Estate Ease PRO?
Yes. Estate CRM is built on Estate Ease PRO contracts and commissions, so the figures agents see match your books.
