One employee record, from first interview to final settlement.
Hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance and exit all run from the same record, so no detail is typed in twice.

Illustrative record. Select a stage to see the same person later in their time with the company.
Lifecycle
Follow one employee through every stage
Choose a stage to see its workflow, the approvals along the way and the records it keeps.
Master record
One master record sits behind every module
Each module reads from the employee record and writes back to it, so a change made once shows up everywhere it matters.

Approvals
Approval chains that match how you decide
Every request type has its own route. Pick one to watch it move through the people who sign it off.
Chains are configurable per request type. These four are common examples.
Automation
Reminders go out before deadlines, not after them
Take a contract that ends in 90 days. HR is reminded at four points on the way, and the decision to renew or begin offboarding is never a surprise.
Documents and contracts
- Contract expiry
- Probation expiry
- Document expiry
Attendance and leave
- Leave approval
- Attendance exceptions
- Missing clock-out

Pay and performance

Self service
Employees handle their own requests
Self-service takes the routine questions off HR's desk: leave, payslips, documents and training are all in the employee's hands.

Payroll starts from attendance, not from a spreadsheet
Attendance, leave and overtime flow into the monthly run on their own. Someone reviews the result, approves it or sends it back for correction, and only then are payslips and the bank file produced.

Works with the systems you already run
Questions we hear before a demo
Can approvals follow our own chain of command?
Yes. Approval chains are set per request type. A leave request can go from employee to manager to HR, while a salary change goes through the manager, department head, HR and finance.
Do employees get their own login?
Employees use a self-service portal to view their profile, attendance, leave balance and payslips, apply for leave, upload documents and complete assigned training. They can edit only the personal details you allow.
Who can see salary information?
Access is controlled by role, at module and record level, with separate controls for documents. Payroll officers, finance and HR can be given the access their work needs without opening it to everyone.
Is every change recorded?
Important actions are logged with the user, the previous and new value, and the date and time. That includes salary updates, leave approvals, payroll finalization, document deletion, terminations and permission changes.
Can it connect to biometric devices and our other systems?
The HRM is designed to integrate with ERP and accounting systems, biometric devices, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email servers, banking and payroll systems, SMS and WhatsApp services, access control systems and external recruitment platforms. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm the fit in the demo.
Where do we start?
With a conversation about how your HR work runs today. We map which stages are costing you the most time, then set up the system around them.
