By using this website, or by hiring Digital Vista Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our") for products or services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Services
We build digital products and provide AI automation and business intelligence services to businesses in the UAE and beyond. For each project, the exact work, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed separately in a proposal, quote or contract. If that document disagrees with these general terms, the proposal, quote or contract applies.
3. Payment
Payment terms (amounts, stages, currency) are set out in the proposal or contract for each project. Prices shown on this site (for example bundle prices) are a guide and are confirmed when you place your order.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own the custom work we build for you once you have paid in full. Digital Vista Technologies keeps ownership of its own existing tools, frameworks and general methods used to deliver the work.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services and this website are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, Digital Vista Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from using this site or our services.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
