LAMP stands for Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. It is a proven set of tools we know inside out. When a project needs extra speed, we use OpenLiteSpeed instead of Apache, which we call LOMP.

LAMP/LOMP is mature, fast, well understood, and affordable to host and maintain. For the business systems we build, reliability matters more than being new.
Both use Linux, MySQL and PHP. The only difference is the web server: Apache (LAMP) or OpenLiteSpeed (LOMP). We choose based on how many visitors and how much speed your project needs.
This is our main strength, but our custom web consulting is there for projects that must work with an existing setup. We look at each case separately.
Yes. Most real projects combine two or more of these areas, because they all run on the same technology base and can share data easily.
