We provide digital product development, AI-powered automation, and business intelligence services to businesses in the UAE and beyond. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quote, or contract, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Payment
Payment terms (amounts, milestones, currency) are set out in the individual proposal or contract for each engagement. Prices displayed on this site (e.g. bundle pricing) are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of order.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Digital Vista Technologies retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used to deliver the work.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services and this website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Vista Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
